Amazing experience yet again - From joining as a new customer, to support and information from staff. Becki the vet who we keep asking for is absolutely fantastic!! We also got a "get well soon" card after Teabag (our kitten) recently got spayed. Thank you !!

Friendly staff and a professional service but I was charged £47 for eardrops that are available for £16 on the internet. I will be wary of buying medication from them again.

We have just returned home quite relieved and happy in mind that our elderly Westie has just had probably the most thorough examination that he has ever had, no stone unturned and to find out all that he is suffering with is a little old age...........comes to us all one day, so pain killers in hand and a wag of the tail a huge Thankyou to Mr Marius Sabau your patience and kindness has allowed us some more precious time with our little man and best friend, words really can't describe how happy we are.

As always very friendly and helpful. My dog was quite relaxed having a blood test. The waiting room is never too crowded so dogs are content to sit quietly.

I found a lump on my dogs testicle and was surprised to have a frank honest discusion about full neutering and the benefits of just removing the one with the lump, as this would keep his hormones and help control his weight and wasnt necessary for his behaviour ect. I also got loads of helpful info when my dog got a bump on the head that aloud me to feel I was not just bbeing irresponsible by keeping an eye on him at home. I know what to look for now as dogs behave differently to children when they bump there head. I feel this practice has common sense, and your animals health is priority.

Lovely practice very friendly team, the receptionist always pgitographs your pet and puts their picture on their facebook site and she is willing to puppy sit while you shop in pets at home. Fun , friendly and professional vets who are very knowledgeable and and dont charge exorbitant prices or talk you into treatment your pet doesn't need.
