Small Animal Services

Our small animal surgery has been designed by specialist veterinary architects to create a calm and relaxing environment. Many of our patients don’t even seem to notice they’re at the vets! All of our staff are pet owners themselves, and we strive to make visits as comfortable and stress-free as possible. We treat every pet as if they were our own..

If your pet is unwell and requires hospitalisation, they will stay onsite with us and be cared for by our own vets and nurses, ensuring continuity of care without the stress of being transferred elsewhere.

We also provide 24-hour emergency care at our Kingsclere premises. If you are concerned about your pet’s health at any time, we are always happy to discuss their condition over the phone, and if needed, offer an emergency appointment with our team.

Equine Services

Our dedicated equine department is based at Blackberry Barn, directly opposite our small animal surgery. Our experienced ambulatory equine vets provide high-quality, compassionate care for horses, ponies, and donkeys across the local area. Services include routine healthcare, lameness investigations, dental treatments, and more.

For equine emergencies, our ambulatory vets are available 24/7 to attend your horse at their location, ensuring prompt and professional care when it’s needed most.

Farm Services

At Kingsclere Vets Farm, we provide tailored, proactive care to keep your livestock healthy and productive. Our Farm Veterinary team delivers a comprehensive range of services designed to support every stage of herd and flock health. Services include 24/7 emergency cover, comprehensive herd health planning, reproductive & fertility management, vaccinations & disease control, TB testing & compliance services, pre-purchase examinations, and more.
