Hello! The only people who should advise you on this are your vet and vet nurse, who know the patient and their nutritional requirement. Even more crucially, they can only be useful if they know what the food is that you are feeding. Some foods are highly calorific while others are the complete opposite. Never rely on pet-food-company portion guides alone unless you are feeding a high quality science-based veterinary pet-food (ask your vet to be sure; even in the UK, I have before seen some very scientific / professional-looking packaging making ridiculous nutritional claims that would never be sustainable).
