My African grey was breathing heavily so the vets suspected respiratory infection and gave us medication but even though she got better in herself her breathing still wasn’t that much better so the vets decided to do a x ray now they say it is either respiratory infection, tumour or heart disease how can they not tell which one. Am I entitled to a copy of the x ray.

Hello!  Are you in the UK?  I suspect that this varies between countries.  I'm afraid I don't know the answer to your questions - I will research and let you know when I can - but you may want an answer more quickly than this, so I can tell you the people to ask.  This would be the RCVS, the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. who have a website and a phone-line and set out the rules that veterinary surgeons have to follow.
