Hi, I'm in Thailand and bought a prarie dog from the pet store. I've been bitten. Should I worry about Rabies ?

Hello!  Regardless of Rabies, I would be worried about deep bacterial infection from the bite wound and consult a doctor now, well in advance of seeing any clinical signs.  These are also the people whose judgement you should rely on regarding zooenotic (caught from animals) diseases but Prairie-dogs are rodents, not Canids so I am less concerned about Rabies than other problems.

It isn't a big bite. I've nursed it. What shots should I get

I know nothing about you, or the bite wound and am not a medic, so I'm afraid I'm not qualified to answer this - you will need to speak to the medical profession.
