Hello again - I have seen a picture that you sent separately via the Facebook group. The dog in those pictures may have two things going on: a possible lens luxation or cataract and then an ulcer, growth or inflammatory damage to the cornea. A vet or specialist veterinary opthalmologist would be the best person to assess this as optical cases are often emergencies, we would advise that this is triaged as soon as possible.
