Pink patch above dog's nose

Hi, I recently noticed a pink patch right above my dog's nose. It is not a lump but rather flat. It started smaller and has grown a little bigger (see pictures). What is this? Two weeks ago Today

Hello!  This needs to be checked.  There are 'good' lumps and 'bad' lumps and it is hard to differentiate on sight but there are many possibilities, including trauma, an insect bite, autoimmune disease, parasite, cancer, inflammation, allergy etc. Your vet may feel that a biopsy is necessary, or they may feel that the lesion is more likely to be inflammatory and that it's worth trying meds.  Either way, a vet trip sounds like the best plan.
