Hello! I'm not aware which company's vaccine your vet used, but most clients report that thei pet was either fine, or possibly 'a bit quiet' after a shot. Any common side effects will be listed in the data-sheet, which you vet - and their emergency team if they're now closed - will retain a copy of. Other possibilities are that your dog has been hit unusually hard by the vaccine, or is ill with something else (the stress of going to the vets can make underlying problems more prominent), or that this is a behavioural effect of the vaccine, or a combination of the above.
Whenever unexpected signs are seen, particularly after a vaccine, it's a good idea to speak to the vets to let them know, and for triage (prioritisation as in, how soon does this patient need to see a vet).
Best of luck and please let us know
