Hello! Would you be happy to provide us with some context here? Is this a pup, for example?
This dog appears to have a patchy superficial rash on its ventrum and I think I can see macules and epidermal collarettes. However, this is an attempt at a description of rash from a photo and not a diagnosis, which may take longer to reach.
We would suggest an early visit to the vets, who will help to describe the rash properly and help to rule out underlying parasitic diseases (fleas, mites, demodex). It may be that the pup's surroundings are inadvertently contributing towards this, so this is also worth a discussion (some pups don't get along with some housing conditions). It is also possible that superficial shampoo (chosen carefully by a vet and targeted to any relevant microbes) or something similar is called for.
It's well worth giving your vet a chance to look at it.
