Hello! The best way to start is by going back to your vets. There has been om the market an ear- drop that the vet can put in, which remains in place in the ear for a week or more and releases the active ingredient slowly. If this is available now, your vet will known about it. Otherwise, I have previously had owners bring patients in a couple of times a day for the staff to apply the drops - as we shouldn't ask owners to do something that we wouldn't do for ourselves. Unfortunately vets are extremely busy at the moment and may charge for this service.
However, many incidences of ear disease are not infections that can be cured by a course of antibiotics. Many ear diseases have skin disease / atopy / allergy behind them and continual courses of antibiotics will not completely solve the problem - rather they may recurr. Therefore it makes sense to talk over any possible underlying causes with your vet, and whether they'd like to start tackling them too.
Best of luck.
