my cat hit her head against a table today morning, after this accident i can see different acts from her, her meows are different and she meows more often especially when she looks at me, she asks more cuddles than usual, she's not sleeping in her own bed instead she's hiding under a covered table, and I'm noticing a bit circling walks from her, should i concern about these behaviours, and i haven't taken her to the vet yet, can these be stroke signs? PS she has no head tilts yet neither unequalled eyes pupil.

Hello Nada - they can be stroke signs but given the history, they are more likely to be signs of a head injury due to trauma.   Not every cat with a head injury has unequal pupils or a head tilt - these are just two of many possible signs.  Others include circling and altered behaviour or altered mentation.   Pain could also explain part of what you are seeing.   I think the priority right now is to get this animal assessed by a vet - they should carry out a neurological exam - and to take things from there.

If it is out of hours where you are, the case should be assessed by the out of hours team as it may be an emergency.
