Shorkie restless

My shorkie has been constantly up and down all night very jumpy, swallowing hard and then sleeping was very concerned as out of character. His bowel movements have been jelly like, please could you advise.

Good morning! - or rather, stressful morning for your poor shorkie.   I wonder if they are experiencing gut pain? - which, if true, would put on them somewhere on a spectrum with mild gastroenteritis at one end and pancreatitis or other serious problems at the other.  I can't see from here how bad things are - and dogs don't always make it obvious to owners -  but if it's bad enough that they are losing sleep, then a vet appointment to assess the situation properly is probably in order.
