DCE80C00-C2CF-4EAB-9667-073B02C811034 months old XL bully. Blue colour. What is this? I’m worried. She’s had it since I got her.

Wow!  That really does look as though it's been helped along by Photoshop.  The star shape has a really white outline!    Assuming that it hasn't and it's a real picture, or it has but only to highlight the pattern, then this dog appears to have has some abnormality to the iris and should be shown to your vet, perhaps with a view to referral to an opthalmologist.  Iris cysts, tumours, scarring, adhesions and possibly developmental differences may be amongst the possibilities.   Always let vets receptionists know that a condition involves the eye when you speak to them on the phone because sometimes they may wish to ask a vet to triage an eye case for a faster appointment.

I am sad to see a vet suggested that your photo was photoshopped.  My dog has this in both eyes.  It is really beautiful.  According to the vet ophthalmologist it is a birth defect called persistent pupillary membrane.  It is harmless.  I have tried to post pics of my girls stars, but it keeps rejecting.

Unfortunately, we do see a lot of edited images - and that one is really impressive, so I can see why my colleague wanted to check! Really glad to hear that Robin's dog's eye is just a developmental issue and not a major problem, but I do agree that the OP's dog should get a check up to make sure it's not anything more sinister like synechiae.
