My dog was diagnosed and rated Monday for pancreatitis and was released Tuesday night with medications and Gi low fat dog food. He ate and drank fine on Wednesday and ate only in the morning yesterday. Last night he became restless and started drooling again and eating grass. He was given a anti nausea medication last night and today he has been drooling again and he is restless. I know it takes 1-2 weeks to heal from pancreatitis but i am at a loss of what to do. If anyone has any suggestions. Thanks

Hello!  You don't mention what the medications are but sufficient pain releif needs to be amongst them.  If you feel that your dog is still in pain or nauseous, then please do speak to your vet.

They may be able to give further drugs / pain releif to keep your dog comfortable in the meantime, for example, and may chat through to identify and possible triggers.
