My daughters hampster looks like it has a large tumor it nearly 3 do wr have it put to sleep or let it go naturally

Hello  I'm so sorry.  Are those the two options?  Accepting this (after all, I know nothing else about your hamster)  I would work with your vet to assess the animal's quality of life.  This can be difficult with the 'small furries.' Owners sometimes say 'I don't think she's in pain,' not realising that these animals often serve as prey in their natural habitats, and if they showed obvious weakness, they would be selected as easy targets by predators.  Therefore they have evolved to be less demonstrative, but signs of pain can still be observed (consider mobility, for example).  I do think that a lot of small furries are left to suffer unnecessarily without pain relief, but your vet can work with you to assess your hamster's quality of life and whether or not euthanasia or pain control are appropriate options. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that not all lumps are cancerous and some can be treated.   Some owners refuse this but in this event, quality of life / pain control still needs to be considered as before. We do not advocate 'leaving to die' in these cases because death can be slow and uncomfortable.  However a trip to the vets can also be stressful; there are ways of minimising this (smallies only vets, waiting in a separate waiting room / away from smell of predators etc). A specialist small furries vet or home visit may be ideal, but cost needs to be considered. Wishing you and your small one all the best from here.
