can Anyone explain what are these they on 3 of my 3 week old puppies I have 4 but only 3 got them please help thank you !

Hello! I'm afraid that I can't identify this in this animal, from this photo at this time; a vet appointment to get a closer look would definitely be a good idea. Which country are you in? - as distemper can cause some interesting keratinised lesions, although these dont look typical from my limited experience. If you are not sure how urgent it is, your vet could always triage over the phone. Please do let us know what you find out.
