Hello! The big one looks as if it's going to be hollow and floppy, perhaps with some fluid inside, and continuous with the dogs' skin. Perhaps some kind of cyst, but malignancy may also be a possibility. The smaller one looks nodular with some pigmented dots; again, a benign or malignant lump seems possible. These are definitly worth showing to your vet, who can see them in context of the patient and is therefore in a position to judge whether removal / testing is a) a useful and b) a viable option.
