4 year old female Heeler with mark on chest

My 4 years old female Heeler has this on her. She doesn't seem bothered by it. What is it and what can I do about it? Thank you.

Hello! Given that she isn't bothered by it / it doesn't seem to be itchy, I would be wondering about Ringworm, which is infectious to people - particularly if young or immunocompromised - and other animals, so ought to be ruled out fairly early on. Other possibilities may include demodex mites / bacterial infection / a traumatic injury / scrape, a FB under the skin and (sorry! - but by no means the most likely) cancer. There are less concerning possibities, but it's definitely worth speaking to the vet.
