Hello - I'm afraid that I wouldn't look at a blood sample to tell me whether an animal is suffering / stressed / experiencing advanced disease signs, but at the patient.  This blood sample, taken entirely out of context, suggests that the patient's lymphocytes may be high but not why.  Usually a blood smear / evaluation and assessment of the whole patient is a good idea.  Because they are in a position to have access to all these things, your vets' conclusion is likely to be more to the point than my own.
