Hello! For me, this picture raises more questions than answers. It could be an oddly orientated photograph of a normal dog, but I am concerned that the shape of the vulva looks abnormal on this shot. It would be better assessed in context by your own vet, who can look from all angles and who might have to do a little research, perhaps including scans, if it turns out that they don't see what they were expecting, either. Possibilities may include hermaphroditism or pseudohermaphroditism, for example. It is the sort of case that I might ask a specialist to check, if I couldn't account for the difference myself.
