Very swollen vagina

Hello and thankyou for these thought provoking pictures.  I am a little unsure how to orientate myself anaotmically in the bottom one. but the area in question looks to be very sore.  Dogs can damage diseased skin very rapidly by licking, so an examination by your vet in order to view this in context, sooner raher than later (perhaps with triage you could secure an emergency check-up?), sounds to be the best suggestion that I can make.

Yes ,she is in alot of pain. The bottom photo is of one of her nipples,also swollen. The top pic is her vagina, she won't let me even close to her to look.I am disabled, I'm trying to get help with cost of exam  I  can make payments but money is hard to come by,I can't walk she is my everything. I want to know what I can give her for pain untill she can be seen. She is only 10 lbs. & 18 yrs old. She freaks out when I try to look at her,I'm afraid she'll  have a heart attack! Please I need advice on what I can give her for pain & calm her down as much as I can. Suggestions please, thank you.
