On Saturday we received a letter asking us to ring about Ruby having a blood test to check her heart. She went today and had it done. Sarah was fantastic with her and really looked after her. Thanks Again.

This morning we notice Jetts ear was red again, I rang the surgery on the off chance to see if Bart could see Jett. Although Bart was fully booked he said that he could take a look. Jett was very happy because he loves going to see Bart and his ladies. We've got some antibiotics and some drops. I'm really very grateful to Bart for seeing Jett today. Thank You Bart and Thank You Blacks.

Today I have taken Ruby my 8 year old Labrador for her weight clinic with nurse Sarah Bennett, Ruby was given lots of fuss from Connie and Hannah, she was then weighed and measured by Sarah. Ruby has been seeing Sarah now for a little while and she is only a couple of hundred grams off her target weight. Sarah is very kind and understanding with Ruby as Ruby doesn't like the weighing scales. It take a little while to get her on them. I would never take my Ruby anywhere else

Today Jett has been for his 6 monthly check up as part of his Pet Protect package. On arriving at Blacks Lye we booked ourselves in (everyone know Jett very well). He had fuss off Connie and Hannah. Then he was weighed and measured ( Jett is now at target weight), then Sarah his favourite nurse checked his teeth, ears and eyes, scanned his microchip and sorted out his flea and worm treatment for the next six months. He had lots more fuss off Sarah too. He then saw his Other favourite receptionist Pam for some more fuss. I know I say this every time but I wouldn't trust my dog with anyone else.

On my last visit to the vets at Lye, I found the vet and staff to be very caring. They had time to listen to you and nothing was too much trouble. The surgery is clean and tidy. My daughter also uses the Lye vets on my recommendation.
