Visiting for appointments for annual booster with no major concerns we received a very caring attitude and felt confident with all concerned in our two visits. Being able to pay senior rates also helps a great deal. I have now had appointments at both Halesowen and Cradley and have found everyone to be friendly and helpful such caring people. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

My cat had to stay in for 3 days & it was no trouble to go visit him & when I picked him up they all seemed very genuine in their affection & care of my cat which made me feel he had been very well looked after. Thank you all the team at Cradley x

I have used Manor Vets primarily the Cradley Heath branch, but also the Halesowen Branch for some appointments for over ten years now. They treat my cats and I really very well through both complex and minor ailments and during our annual health check visits. I would not hesitate to recommend this group of veterinary practices'.

I have used Manor vets for a long time, I find the staff very helpful, kind and caring. Both my cats were with Manor, and at the end of their lives, Manor helped my through the sad time. My Dog is also with Manor, and she is now 13, she has had a couple of major ops, and the staff at Quinton and Cradley Heath were golden with her and us. My dog hates going to the vets, and the staff realise this and are patient with her. Overall I am very happy, but I do think that some things can be a little overpriced. My dog has to have medicine and tablets everyday, and while I do get a small discount , it is still expensive for me. Nevertheless, I would not change vets, and my son's dogs and cat are also with Manor. Carry on the good work

Jimmy is the first cat I know that loves his outing to the vets. He came to us as an abandoned unsure kitten that needed to be castrated. Whilst he was in for the day he made so many friends with the caring nurses and doctors and loved his stay. They made sure that he was comfortable and kept him company when he needed to play. We can't wait for our Next visit to the vets!
