I thought the basic consultation fee was still very high, despite being slightly reduced for the visit being just after 7.0pm
Vet ResponseHi Judy, thanks for taking the time to tell us about your visit to our service. Unfortunately, an out-of-hours pet emergency service is more expensive than daytime general practice, much like it is for other out-of-hours services in other industries. We've broken down where our costs go here if you'd like to find out more: https://bit.ly/2ybF2sc Thanks - Julia

Excellent care and seen quickly. Seen, treated and discharged within an hour. However, £206 consultation fee seems extortionate. Still, what price for a happy, well cat!!
Vet ResponseKendra, thanks for your positive feedback, I’m glad our team were there to help your cat. I know it can be frustrating having to pay for an unplanned trip to the vets. Fantastic facility for dogs in a crisis, and their owners. It was so reassuring to know that our dog would be monitored and cared for throughout the night. The staff were wonderful, especially the nurse who was able to give us a comprehensive report on Gerda’s progress. 10/10.
