I was very surprised to be charged another £33 consultation on a follow up appointment. Is this normal?

My cat went in for a routine X-ray after limping for 2 days. The diagnosis was to remove the paw as she had a terrible fracture and cancer in the bone. The vets, nurses and reception were so patient and kind with her while she was recovering from surgery. Their professionalism and care are amazing. The receptionists continue to ask about her when I take our dog in. A great place with fantastic staff who care about their patients.

All the vets are excellent and very helpful and friendly I will always use them. They were so nice when both my kittens died very close to each other.
