How lovely these people are. My poor dog at 16 had to be euthanised and the staff couldn’t have been any nicer to me. I was a blubbering wreck but the vet was so kind, sympathetic and genuinely lovely to me. I had been registered elsewhere at a popular vets in Dewsbury but I was paying out a fortune for tests on my dog. I kept repeating my concerns, could it be Cushings Syndrome but it fell on deaf ears. The poor dog was jabbed with needles, urine tested, put on meds that didn’t work, I paid out a fortune. Changed to Yorkshire Vets, they tested him and surprise surprise he had Cushing. Put on meds and was a hell of a lot better. Previously he was losing hair, eating everything in sight, drinking copious amounts of water and then obviously peeing for England. Started on meds and he came on leaps and bounds. Ok so he was 16 when he died, was deaf, had arthritis, starting with Dementia but the staff treated him like their own. I have now registered my new puppy with them and I trust them totally. Thanks guys, you are amazing.

I had to have one of my cats pts, always a sad experience as anyone who has gone through this knows. I dealt with a young lady called Billie, who I had not seen before, exceptionally kind and understanding at that awful time and the right amount of professionalism that was need in making that decision. I would like to thank her for her help and kindness that day.

I was very surprised to be charged another £33 consultation on a follow up appointment. Is this normal?

My cat went in for a routine X-ray after limping for 2 days. The diagnosis was to remove the paw as she had a terrible fracture and cancer in the bone. The vets, nurses and reception were so patient and kind with her while she was recovering from surgery. Their professionalism and care are amazing. The receptionists continue to ask about her when I take our dog in. A great place with fantastic staff who care about their patients.

All the vets are excellent and very helpful and friendly I will always use them. They were so nice when both my kittens died very close to each other.
