11 month old female meowing ALOT, rubbing herself on things etc...

Explained most in the title. She hasn't been spayed and I've been  told to spay her but I would like 1 littler off her before  I do this. I have homes so none will go to shelters. I just want to know what I can do to help her feel comfortable at this first time for her.
