Black marks in dogs eye

hello everyone, should i be concerned about these black marks in my dogs eye? The photo of the line was taken in july 2022, the photo with the dot was taken today.  

Hello!   I'm not an opthalmologist, so I'd be worried about them;  I'd be asking an opthalmologist - or at least a vet with an opthalmoscope and the benefit of a 3D examination (the depth within an eye of any changes is important).  Its hard to tell a reflection from an opacity on a photograph, although eyes are difficult to photograph and you've done a pretty good job.  As a rule, changes in this part of the eye are can be developmental scarring,or serious chronic (slow burning) problems such as tumours. However, they can also be linked to pressure changes and cancer so, particularly if this is new or suddenly changing, it may be that you need to call your emergency vets for triage.

Sorry - Ive just reread your note as regards the progression.  In short, yes, this eye does need to be shown to a vet in case it is a cancer eg of the uveal tract.  I dont know how rapidly this has changed, but your vet may triage over the phone if they suspect an emergency - its worth asking about this when you call.
