We are concerned about this black spot on our dog's penis. It's normally covered in fur but we just got him groomed and can see it clearly. Is this a birth mark or something more nefarious?

Hello - it could be something more nefarious in my opinion, particularly given that it wasn't always there. Please present this to your vet as soon as you can in order that they can start ruling possibilities in or out.
