I have found blood scab in the nose of my cat. I have took some photos but don't know whats happening. I fear if my cat have nose cancer. I would ask for your help if someone can help me.

Hello!  Cats are like people in that they have a film of sticky mucous on the inside of their noses.  Sometimes, this can increase and the excess can dry out, resulting in a brown sticky discharge that can be wiped away.   This can happen for many reasons, including infectious disease, whether mild bacterial infection or more serious respiratory viruses.   Cancers are amongst the causes but I have no reason to suspect that.

Perhaps a good plan would be to ask your vet to assess your cat and see what may be gained from looking further into the cause in this case.
