I went to the vet and they did X-rays. They didn’t see any obstructions but saw he has swollen intestines. Also he has been throwing up since supper time last night. He can’t keep anything down except for omega 3 fish oil. Does anyone have any idea what it might be?

Hello!   This word 'swollen' could have several appearances to it.  At first I pictured thickened, either inflamed or cancerous walls, but this could also describe intestines inflated by gas producing- bacteria, infection, foreign body, intussuseption and so on.   Your vet, who has seen the x-ray, may have a much better idea of what might be going on by now and ought to chat about their thinking regarding the next step.   This might include further tests, supportive treatment and / or surgery.   Best of luck and please do let us know what has been found and what happens next.

Update he’s gotten worse 😔 going to take him into emergency care, he’s not even drinking from the syringe anymore he just spits it out and lets it dribble. GREAT NEWS THOUGH!!! They have finance plans!!! So it won’t cost me as much!!! I AM SUPER RELIEVED!!!! It’s going to be much cheaper than a regular vet maybe even free!!! Oh I wish I would have known this sooner!!!! My baby will get the help he needs!!!!

Update… So the er vet suspects pancreatitis, so I am treating him for that, we are home and he is sitting in front of his water dish which he wasn’t doing at all today or yesterday! Vet sent us home with, antibiotics, anti pain, anti nausea and gastrointestinal food, they gave him a shot of fluids at the vet. He was dehydrated a bit. He’s really trying to bring himself to drink though!
