Hello! I can't obviously connect this sign to clindamycin; however, there are different forms of clindamycin available now and your prescribing vet (or their emergency team if it's urgent) should always be happy to check the drug datasheet for you. Another possibility may be that your dog is uncomfortable while urinating at the moment. This can be connected to cystitis (you were obviously wondering about this - it doesn't always show without a microscope) but it can also be connected joint or abdominal pain.
Whatever the cause, it's always a good idea to contact your vet when new symptoms appear, particularly if, as you say, new meds have been introduced. We'd be interested to know how you get on.
