Hello - you don't tell me which blood tests / ultrasound your vet did, but I wonder if they have done an up- to-date test for chronic pancreatitis. Other groups of diseases that might or might not have been ruled out include liver diseases and GI diseases. Your vet is likely to have a list of things that they have not yet ruled out. They will tend to be able to tell you which of these (we call them 'differentials') are most likely, and which are easiest to rule out - and thus armed, will be able to to formulate a plan as to what needs to be investigated next. I have always found as a vet, that if I am not sure which way to go, the laboratory pathologists who reviewed my sample are often very useful and interesting people to speak to.
