Hello!  It sounds as though your dog has a multitude of signs and problems and needs to see a vet.  I'm finding hard to understand from your history, how old your dog is?  Further, when all these signs started, and what has changed that triggered you to contact us / what main question you want answered.  You say that there is twitching the face - is this new tonight?  Could it be fitting? Your emergency vet might be interested to talk to you, in order to triage how soon the case needs to be assessed. Rereading, it appears that the shaking may have been happening for a month.  It sounds as though a neuromuscular examination is in order to establish possible causes. I am interested to know which country you are in. The coughing also sounds to be of some concern.   We can comment generally on issues as online vets, but we are no substitute for a vet who can examine the patient.
