Hello! I can't make clinical decisions for them, so it would be a good idea to call your emergency vet. They can triage and decide whether, given the relative size of the apricot stone and the dogs' intestine, it's better to induce vomiting or try to remove the stone or to leave things be, and if leaving things be whether high fibre food would help. If you know the approximate size of the pit, this would also be helpful for them (perhaps check the size of another one if there is another). Best of luck and please do let us know what is decided!
