my dog has a history of randomly lifting her front paw like shes in pain while body leaning sideway to the point of falling. But there's no physical injury after assessing and she can walk normally after 5mins. Today she woke up from her nap started wobbling and falling as she walks towards me and again after 2/3mins she's fine. Is this something to be of concern?

hard to tell from pictures but shes walking sideways as you can see and her right back paw doesnt seem to be coordinating as she walk. IMG_0334IMG_0335

Hello - there are quite a few potential causes for the sort of thing you describe, including arthritis, vestibular disease, nerve / muscle damage, muscle stiffness / loss, hip pain, foot or anal pain, patella or cruciate disease or even neurological changes such as nerve / spinal damage, partial seizures or other brain changes. We would reccommend taking any of these things seriously, so its worth visiting your vet to start ruling things in and out.

Please always treat any signs that might be neurological as urgent.
