Dog sore/spot

Hello!  Im not sure what this is, either.  Possibilities may include cancer, or some foreign body eg a thorn that's entered the skin and is trying to surface, or maybe some kind of immune - perhaps autoimmune - reaction.  Was your dog imported because there may be infectious diseases to consider also.  I can't remember seeing ulcers eg skin wounds caused by uraemia, look like this, but that might also need to be on the list.  Your vet will look at it more closely, draw up a mental list of possibities, and then test to distinguish one from another.  That might involve a biopsy.  Wishing the owner of the nose all the best.

Oh yes, folliculitis should be on the list!
