Dog with red spots on eye

Can anyone help with this please? he’s blind in the eye anyway which explains why it’s cloudy but he has little red spots on the eyeball also. for a few months it’s Ben red and swollen but that comes and goes hes got the vets next week so will get it sorted

Hello!  I'm not sure what's going on here, but eye problems should be treated as emergencies until proven otherwise.  This isn't just because the patient may go blind / lose more sight, but also because they can be extremely painful and are very close to the eye.  Please go to the vets today.

Hello again - I have seen a picture that you sent separately via the Facebook group.  The dog in those pictures may have two things going on: a possible lens luxation or cataract and then an ulcer, growth or inflammatory damage to the cornea.  A vet or specialist veterinary opthalmologist would be the best person to assess this as optical cases are often emergencies, we would advise that this is triaged as soon as possible.
