Hello - and thank you for posting this interesting case. Your dog's anatomy certainly doesn't look normal in this picture although it comes a little out of context; did it used to appear normal, or is this a new patient, or simply an old one you have never inspected before? What breed of dog are we looking at? We would reccommend asking your vet to examine this anatomy in context; it could be that they wish to do further tests. Possibilities may include psuedohermaphroditism (particularly if she's always looked like this), or tumours, cysts etc in a very unusual place. Please will you let us know what is found?
