Hello - I do not know what this is either and nor do I have enough context to make a decision in this case. The vulva does not look normal. I wonder if there is a puppy, a foreign body, a cyst, abscess, tumour, or something else causing this unusual appearance. For this reason it is a very good idea to have your pet examined in petson; be prepared to describe the changes over the phone, because your vet may wish to see this case as an emergency. Please will you let us know what is found?
