Hello - have you considered the possibility that this isn't trauma- (injury) related? The lesions are almost perfectly symmetrical, which would be unusual with trauma, and have the look of a colour change rather than the look of a wound about them. Furthermore, trauma tends to be painful, with a sudden, obvious onset and then improves - fairly quickly in a dog's nose- or else itches when it is healing and is scratched open / infected . So... this makes me wonder about other causes. Candidates might include autoimmune skin diseases (does tend to start with a stressful time or event), endocrine disease (might this be a sign of Addisons? - your vet could rule this out by quickly checking electrolytes if they thought so) or even cancer. This is one for your vet, and it may well be worth asking for it to be triaged because they do suspect Addisons, they might want to rule that out quite quickly.
