Edges of cats ears are hard and droopy

Could you please help me, as you can see from the photo my cat, Mooney, ear's are droopy, and the outside edges are hard. He doesn't have ear mites. He is eating and drinking, doesn't have a temperature. He is on Clavamox for an abscess that he had on his tail. Other than that everything seems normal. Thank you for your help.
