Hello! What an interesting case.  Hopefully you read our site rules as you signed up, so are aware that we are unable to operate emergency responses at this time.  I cant speak for overseas but any UK vet will have an emergency phone line, explaining what you need to do next for advice.  The simple answer to your question is that I don't know without an examination, but I wonder about a hernia or tumour or abscess.  There are also some unusual nutritional diseases of reptiles that involve the formation of skeletal lumps, for example. Hopefully you will have seen your vet by now and we'd love to hear how you got on.
