Growth on my dogs elbow

So my dog Sadie is somewhere over a year old we rescued her so that's all we know.. last week this growth was not present on her front right elbow and now it's there. Not really a dog person so I have no clue what it is or what to do obviously off a very odd needed will go that route but if it's something that can be cured from home would love to know
