Hello - and no I haven't.  It looks as though it could be due to any one of many possibilities, including trauma, over-licking eg of a tiny foreign body in the skin, ischaemia (lack of blood flow) and cancer.   Any of those would merit treatment on a short time scale so please do show this lesion to your vet to be assessed very soon.
