Hello - I think that you may be right to be worried. Your dog doesn't sound to be taking IN fluids, and sounds to be losing them faster than usual, in urine and faeces. This will lead to dehydration, and while dehydration can sometimes resolve if the illness passes, it can continue to get worse and a lot of dogs presenting like this will get very poorly very quickly. Given that his energy level is dropping, it sounds as though you need to have him assessed by a vet now. Perhaps your vet has an emergency number you can call, in order to triage the situation? As he might need IV fluids. Wishing you and your loved one all the best and please do let us know how you get on.
