Is my BIRD having a seizure?

Yesterday my bird started acting weird with neck twisting she doesn’t want to eat and drinking is at a low level she is a young juvenile and she just drops flat wings out on belly and shakes and then struggles to breathe she is quite shaky during the day :(

Hello! - This sounds concerning.  Birds' conditions can change very quickly, so if your bird is still ill and you have not already asked to be triaged by your emergency vet, please do as soon as possible.  This is possibly a respiratory illness and respiratory cases in birds can have as many causes as those of mammals;  they are also extremely serious.
