This is difficult to identify from a photograph and the only way to get a reliable answer would be to show it to a vet. There are some programmes online that identify species from a photograph,sometimes with a surprising degree of accuracy, but they are not fully reliable and the image is very small.
However it doesn't resemble a typical roundworm or tapeworm and looks more like a slug. We cannot rule out the possibility of a fluke but it would be a very uncommon presentation.
It's always a good idea to have pets wormed up to date, especially if they have regular contact with slugs and snails.
