Hello! I'm sorry to hear this. Ear disease is usually a form of skin disease (all that ears are, is skin down a hole - a specialised sort of skin than makes wax when it gets stressed, and of course the wax has nowhere to go). What's important to know is that most ear disease is chronic, like athsma or diabetes ie it is present throughout an animal's life and needs to be managed long-term, because it often can't be completely cured. Your first step would be to go to a vets and check for other causes; if skin disease is responsible, they should help you to take it from there. Wishing you both all the best.
