Hello and thank you for the picture. I'd like to think that this particular lump could be a Papilloma or viral wart; you can read more about them in our blog. However sometimes lumps can be more sinister (e.g. cancerous) than they appear and sometimes viral warts appear at times of immunocompromise (i.e. they hint at a hidden, underlying concern or illness), so every lump should be assessed within the context of the situation and the rest of the patient.
Please do, therefore, take advice from your vet.
